Anwendung & Dosierung
Beginne mit einer kleinen Portion — etwa Reiskorn-Größe — pro Nasenloch. Aufrecht sitzen, ruhig atmen. Wirkung baut sich innerhalb weniger Sekunden auf; akute Phase 5–20 Minuten, Nachklang 30–60 Minuten.
